Audiences around the world can now relive the action-packed drama of the Season 2 Grand Final in the last chapter of SailGP’s behind-the-scenes docuseries Racing on the Edge.

The final episode of Season 2 dissects tense team rivalries and dramatic moments from across the Mubadala United States Sail Grand Prix in San Francisco and follows our athletes as they prepare to compete for the season title.

With unmatched access into the league, Racing on the Edge features up-close interviews with the championship’s biggest personalities, including Australia’s Driver Tom Slingsby, USA Driver Jimmy Spithill and Japan Driver Nathan Outteridge, who have their say on the events of the final race weekend of the season.

All three offer a blow-by-blow account of the most explosive moments from the weekend, including the crash between the Spanish and United States and the incredible moment the Grand Final was abandoned and restarted after a whale was spotted on the racecourse.

"If you’re not feeling nerves, you’re not human and we were feeling nerves for sure", Slingsby recounts as he relives the moment Australia overcame multiple set backs to triumph over Japan and the United States and be crowned SailGP Championship winners for the second season running.
