The countdown to the fourth event of Season 4, which will see SailGP return to the city of Taranto, has begun.
There’s just a week to go until the ROCKWOOL Italy Sail Grand Prix, which will see the F50 fleet battle it out across five fleet races on the water of Mar Grande.

The event follows hot on the heels of last weekend’s racing in Saint-Tropez, which saw Ben Ainslie’s Emirates Great Britain pick up its first event win since Season 2.

Heading into Taranto, Emirates GBR will be looking to capitalize on this momentum and propel itself further up the leaderboard.
Pressure will also be on Quentin Delapierre’s France, which had a poor home event and finished 6th overall.

Elsewhere, Nicolai Sehested’s ROCKWOOL Denmark will be looking to bounce back from Saint-Tropez, which saw the team narrowly miss out on a place in the Final due to one fatal error in the final stages of the fifth fleet race.
