Emirates Great Britain SailGP Team’s Strategist Hannah Mills will not be racing on Day 2 of the Spain Sail Grand Prix after sustaining a minor injury an hour before the start.
Mills rolled her ankle on-board the F50 as Emirates GBR was preparing for racing.

No immediate medical treatment was needed but Emirates GBR Reserve Sailor Hannah Diamond will be racing in her place. Mills will remain on the water on the Emirates GBR support boat for racing.

Mills said: “I was just running across the boat and I just rolled my ankle. I felt a click straight away and just pretty sore to start with.
"We obviously stopped straight away and the medical team came on quick and got me off. We think it’s just an acute sprain but we will see after a proper assessment later.”
Racing resumes at 15:30 CEST on October 15.
