The GBR team will wear KASK KHIMERA helmets for sailing which have been uniquely engineered for their complex and demanding needs. They have been specifically engineered via a collaborative approach between the KASK R&D team and technicians and GBR athletes.
As well as being worn during sailing, KASK’s safety helmets will also be used by the shore and operations teams for all on-shore boat operations, including when the team crane their high-speed F50 race boat in and out of the water. The Great Britain SailGP Team will use the KASK Plasma AQ helmets.
