Just in time for race week, New Zealand’s dynamic journey with SailGP is examined in the latest episode of Racing on the Edge, Anatomy of Speed.

New Zealand’s pursuit of excellence and journey to the top of the Season 3 Leaderboard is put under the spotlight - as well as the fierce rivalry between the Kiwis and two-time SailGP champions Australia.

Taking a deep dive into some of the most ‘ruthless’ moments on the race course this season, Anatomy of Speed goes behind-the-scenes to uncover some of the people and personalities which make up the New Zealand SailGP Team.

Elsewhere, the episode recaps the team’s grappling with the devastation of Cyclone Gabrielle, unfolding in Aotearoa, New Zealand during the KPMG Australia Sail Grand Prix, as well as the race to get Amokura, New Zealand’s lightning-struck F50, on the start line at the team’s long-awaited home debut.

Racing on the Edge features unique insights and up-close interviews with the championship’s biggest stars, going behind the scenes to give fans a glimpse into what makes SailGP the most exciting racing on water - and one of the world’s fastest-growing sports and entertainment properties.

The latest episode, Anatomy of Speed, will be released in two parts, simultaneously Monday 13 March at 08:00AM NZDT. Racing on the Edge is available on Sky Sport NZ and SailGP’s YouTube channel.
