The long anticipated wait to see SailGP return to Southern Italy is over as, from today, fans can now purchase tickets for the ROCKWOOL Italy Sail Grand Prix taking place September 23-24, 2023. For the fourth event of SailGP Season 4, a variety of on-water and on shore tickets are available to witness the world’s most exciting racing on water which sees ten national teams going head-to-head in high speed, hydrofoiling catamarans.

Following a successful, inaugural event in 2021 – which saw an estimated 28,000 spectators line the shoreline and delivered an economic impact of $6.8 million to the City of Taranto (despite the event operating under limited attendance capacity due to pandemic restrictions) – SailGP will return with new offerings and ways for fans to witness the action close up.

For those looking to go afloat and get even closer to the action, there is an On-Water Premium ticket. Fans will board the Kyma Mobilità's Adria and Clodia spectator boats from a reserved area and make their way to the race course. To complete the experience, refreshments will be available onboard, along with race commentary to supplement the live action.

You will be able to listen to live commentary on a dedicated VHF channel and also receive a flag and daily updates from SailGP Race Management to ensure you have positioned your boat in a prime viewing spot.

Finally, this year SailGP offers the exclusive opportunity to go behind the scenes and visit the team bases of the ten national teams. Experience the pit lane style ‘garages’ of each of the world class teams at Molo San Cataldo and get up close to the sports top athletes and cutting edge technology behind the world’s most exciting racing on-water.

To offset the carbon footprint produced by each spectator travelling to the event, part of the proceeds from the sale of tickets will be allocated to local clean energy projects, in line with SailGP's vision and environmental philosophy.
