After 12-months and 10 SailGP events held at iconic venues around the world, Season 3 will end with the crowning of the overall season champion on San Francisco Bay. Only two-time, defending champion Australia has qualified for the three-boat, winner-takes-all Grand Final heading into San Francisco. Teams will be putting everything on the line to reach that Grand Final, which is sure to result in some of the most dramatic racing of Season 3 so far.

Season 2 // San Francisco Grand Final // The fleet with Golden Gate Bridge

The close-to-shore, adrenaline-fueled racing of the Grand Final will take place on San Francisco Bay, with the racecourse set between Alcatraz Island and the Golden Gate Bridge. The venue is well known for delivering consistently breezy conditions, which will give the teams plenty of opportunity to push their F50s to the limits.

As well as the championship-deciding Grand Final, SailGP will host the Inspire WASZP Grand Final - Championship of Champions. Top male and female young sailing athletes from the around the world will go head to head to compete for the money-can't-buy immersive experience of joining one of the SailGP Teams in Season 4 and the opportunity to ride on an F50. The WASZP Grand Final is the culmination of SailGP's Inspire Racing x WASZP series and offers the next generation of sailors an unparalleled opportunity to compete at the highest level.
