With less than three months until the first race, and with the iconic backdrop of Sydney Harbour, it will be a thrilling sight to watch the supercharged F50 catamarans charging down the harbour as the teams battle it out on the water for their countries. We have developed a great range of free and ticketed on- and off-water spectator experiences which are on sale now.
When is the SailGP Sydney Grand Prix?
The SailGP Sydney Grand Prix will take place on Friday 15 from 4pm-6pm and Saturday 16 February from 3pm-5pm, 2019.

SailGP Sydney Grand Prix Team Bases - Guided Public Tours & Public Viewing Area
Want to go behind the scenes? Book your ticket to our exclusive Guided Public Tours on Cockatoo Island and watch as the national teams and technical crews work to prepare their hi-tech F50’s. Tours are a free ticketed experience of 30 minutes, with a limit of 20 people per tour. We do recommend booking ahead of time to avoid disappointment as these sessions are already filling fast.
