The countdown to Sydney is on!

That's right, SailGP fans; there is now less than a month to go until we are back in New South Wales for the Australia Sail Grand Prix presented by KPMG as Season 2's penultimate event takes place on 17-18 December on the iconic waters of Sydney Harbour.

Twice before has SailGP raced in these historic waters, the first time in Season 1 and again at the start of last year, with the 2021 AustraliaSGP acting as the seventh event of Season 2.

The Australia SailGP Team, racing in front of its home fans, won the first ever AustraliaSGP as the inaugral event of our cutting-edge sail racing championship, while Great Britain, skippered by Ben Ainslie on his SailGP debut, defeated the Aussies in the winner-takes-all final last time out.

Aussie Driver Tom Slingsby will be out for revenge when our F50s take their place on Sydney Harbour once again, and what better way to whet your appetite for the Australia Sail Grand Prix than by reliving the past two thrilling SailGP events in NSW.
