From there, he progressed to competing on the international circuit including sailing with K-Challenge towards the 32nd America’s Cup, as well as competing in the RC44, Farr 40 and Melges 32 Classes. Graeme began focusing on foiling in 2016 and went on to compete in the International Moth Championships, Nacra 20 & 17 and the GC32 Extreme Sailing Series. Sutherland also coached the NZ Women's Olympic Match Racing Team and is actively involved in developing youth sailing.
