Anne-Marie Rindom

Anne-Marie is one of two successful candidates from the Denmark SailGP Team female development programme.

She joins SailGP with an illustrious CV that includes an Olympic medal, two World Championship wins – and even becoming the first ever Dane to be crowned World Sailor of the Year in 2019.

Launched in 2020, the programme aims to fast-track the inclusion of female athletes in the league. The initial phase of the programme sees Rindom and Katja Salskov-Iversen immersed in the team for the opening event of the season in Bermuda in April. Following the pre-season training and development in Bermuda at least one of these athletes will be selected to join the team for the rest of SailGP Season 2.
