SailGP:
A veteran of the United States SailGP Team, Alex Sinclair has been one of its Grinders since first joining in Season 2.
Career:
Since first learning how to sail Optis at the age of 7, Sinclair has always had his sights set on a career in professional sailing. A frequent competitor on the Melges 40 and Maxi race circuits, Sinclair has campaigned around the world where his physical profile and strength have set him apart as a workhorse with a work ethic to match.
He most recently competed as a grinder with 2021 America’s Cup Challenger, American Magic.
Personal:
An all-around waterman, Sinclair is a certified Yachtmaster and splits his time between the USA and Antigua where he enjoys freediving and fishing.
