DragonBet Review 2026: Is DragonBet Legit?

3.8/ 5
July 9, 2026 Review
by James Pacheco
After hearing that DragonBet offers some of the best slots in the UK, I was prompted to write this DragonBet review to see what else is on offer. On the sports side, horse racing and football are the main focus.
During sign-up, I found that DragonBet’s offers are limited. The sports welcome offer was the only available offer at the time of writing. Some of the ongoing promotions listed were the Best Odds Guaranteed and DragonBet Slots Club. I then looked at the site’s performance in terms of payments, customer support, and usability. Read on for the details.

Claim 50% back as free bets up to £25

DragonBet currently offers one sign-up bonus for sports betting. No casino offer was available on its Promotions page when I wrote this DragonBet review. The site offers 50% back as free bets up to Ā£25 on your first day of betting if you encounter losses. But you have to be in Wales to participate. Bettors in other parts of the UK aren’t eligible, unfortunately.

To claim this DragonBet bonus, you have to opt in during registration using an eligible promo code. Once you meet all the conditions, you’ll then make a qualifying deposit and place 3 or more bets of Ā£5 at odds of 1.5. Only bets placed on the first day and settled by 11:59 pm GMT are eligible for the offer. The free bet bonus lasts for only 24 hours.

Similarly, the site offers a separate Ā£1 free bet token to punters who opt in to its Casino and Sports email or SMS marketing during registration. Once the opt-in condition is met, you’ll receive the token, but you have only 7 days to use it on any sports market. Winnings from it aren’t withdrawable. Note that it’s optional to opt in to this bonus.

Reviewing DragonBet’s intuitive interface

It’s easy to move around DragonBet once you understand how the interface works. My first experience on the site was a bit disappointing because I nearly missed the casino promotions after failing to identify a dedicated Promotions page. Instead, the hamburger menu on the left-hand side of the screen gave me access to sports, casino features, and bonuses.

Other features you’ll find here include in-play betting, virtuals, casino, live casino, news, and other subcategories, such as FAQs. The homepage features moving promotional banners with a list of sports and sporting events beneath them. On the sports betting page, the same sports were displayed using an A-Z list. The casino section has the same appearance as other online casino lobbies, with games listed by category and provider.

The footer then brings everything back together with helpful links, support pages, payment information, licence details, and a bold Get the App section. I like that DragonBet doesn’t leave mobile app lovers behind. The site points players towards its app, with download links for Android on Google Play and iOS on the App Store.

Hundreds of online casino games available

The casino section seemed loaded with games. It features slots, live casino, table games, and the site says it adds new games every day. The library includes titles from studios such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Blueprint Gaming, Play’n GO, Red Tiger, and Evolution Gaming, all of which are familiar names in the UK.

The slots section makes up the bulk of the casino and includes popular Megaways, video, and jackpot slots. You’ll find popular titles such as Big Bass Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza Candyland, Sugar Rush 1000, and more. These are the kind of games you’ll find in the lobby.

For table games, I found the usual collections like roulette, blackjack, and baccarat. They’re available both in RNG format and through live dealer versions. The live casino section is powered by Evolution Gaming, giving you access to games and game shows hosted by live dealers.

Similar to what I found in my BetWright review, DragonBet appears to promote traditional UK betting, with horse racing and football leading the way. Racing gets the most coverage. There are daily UK and Irish meetings, full racecards, and markets such as win, each way, forecast, and tricast, as well as ante-post options for popular festivals.

Football also gets the attention it deserves on DragonBet. There are betting markets such as match result, double chance, over/under goals, and correct score markets. From what I saw, the site features competitions and live fixtures. There’s quick access to over 20 sports, including snooker, motorsport, boxing, and MMA.

DragonBet offers live betting markets. In-play betting updates in real time during football, horse racing, and tennis events. Odds also adjust accordingly as matches are played. You can easily build bets from the bet slip.

DragonBet’s deposit and withdrawal methods

At the time of writing this review, DragonBet accepts Mastercard, Visa, and Maestro for deposits and withdrawals. When compared to sites like BetWright, as shown in my Slots Rush review, DragonBet’s payment methods are limited. The brand only accepts card payments; no e-wallet alternatives were confirmed.

To make a deposit, you have to first log into your account. Go to your account section, choose Deposit, enter the amount, add your card details, and confirm. Withdrawals are much the same, except that this time, you’d choose Withdrawal instead of Deposit. Based on information I gathered from the FAQs page, the site processes withdrawals within 24 hours. Individual banks may take up to five days to release the funds.

Similar to what I discovered when writing my SlotSite review, DragonBet requires a KYC check before the first withdrawal. It usually involves uploading documents such as a driving licence, a bank statement, and a utility bill. A passport is usually accepted alongside these.

Reach customer support when the need arises

DragonBet has multiple ways to get in touch. If something goes wrong with your account or bonus, the quickest way to resolve it is via live chat. The live chat toggle is located at the lower end of the homepage. I used the service to check the response time, which took only a couple of minutes. However, you have to log into your account to reach a human agent for complex issues.

Email support is much better if you have to explain a bonus issue in detail or support your claim with a screenshot. I usually check the FAQs first, especially for questions about offers, deposits, withdrawals, and verification. In my experience, DragonBet’s FAQs page isn’t as detailed as the one I found during my Betsuna review. You can still grab one or two helpful pieces of information anyway.

DragonBet offers decent promotions

For a site that didn’t offer a casino welcome offer and restricted its sports offer to Welsh bettors only, I expected to find several promotions to make up for it. However, what I found on its Promotions page during this DragonBet review wasn’t much. Let’s check them out:

šŸŽ° DragonBet Slots Club

It’s an ongoing casino offer that runs every week. If you wager at least Ā£250 on selected Slot Club games every week, you can qualify for free spins worth up to Ā£5. The free spins come in every Monday at 12:00 PM GMT. DragonBet will drop a notification to let you know when they’re ready to be used only on eligible slot games. Other games don’t qualify. There’s no wagering requirement attached to this offer, and you have to use the awarded free spins within 48 hours.

šŸŽ‰ Drops and Wins 2026

This promotion runs weekly and applies to playing selected slot games for real money to compete for prizes. Before you get your hands on a prize, you’ll need to collect three randomly awarded wheel pieces. Once you collect all three pieces, the wheel becomes available to spin, and you can receive a random prize. You can get cash multipliers up to 100,000Ɨ your bet. Each week, you can receive up to two prizes per round.

šŸ† Fury of Anubis prize drop

Fury of Anubis is an in-game prize drop promotion. To take part, you need to place a real-money bet of any amount to receive prizes like cash and free spins.

Note that the promotion offers prizes up to 10,000Ɨ your stake, subject to the promo terms. Free spins must be used within 7 days following the game’s rules. Winnings from them are withdrawable. Plus, no wagering requirement applies.

Is DragonBet legit?

At first glance, DragonBet seems legit and licensed for UK punters. The brand mentions that DragonBet Ltd owns and operates it. The company behind the site is incorporated in England and Wales. The site is regulated in Great Britain by the UK Gambling Commission, and a physical address (2 Alexandra Gate, Ford Pengam, Cardiff, CF24 2SA) is listed in the footer.

From a security standpoint, the site has terms and conditions, safety rules, and safer gambling pages where you can access tools such as deposit limits and session timeouts for account protection. According to DragonBet, underage gambling is an offence, and as such, age and identity checks are required through its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Also, you can’t withdraw until verification is completed.

DragonBet seems safe. It’s SSL-encrypted, and I didn’t see any reason to doubt that my details were safe. But don’t take my word for it, do the research and see for yourself.

Conclusion – Play and bet on multiple online casino games and sports

DragonBet is a UK-licensed bookie and casino that puts much of its focus on horse racing and football betting markets. Besides these, there are over 20 sports and hundreds of casino games. My DragonBet review looked at how the site manages payment, games, promotions, customer support, and how easy it is to play on the website. So far, the experience has been both fun and mixed.

Starting with the welcome offer, I noticed it is limited and intentionally aimed at new bettors in Wales. However, there are few other promotions, which aren’t many compared with those on competing sites. The site appears responsive to feedback. Live chat and email are the two most active ways to reach DragonBet. The FAQs page exists for self-help. Thankfully, the site is built for both browser and mobile app play. If you’re already thinking about giving DragonBet a try, click the banners on this page to start right away.
