What I think about FanDuel’s features
It’s one thing for a betting site to offer premium products and another for its features to be on par with its products (trust me, I’ve been on both sides of the fence. That said, here are my thoughts on the site’s features:

I found the app to be a lot smoother than the desktop version, and seeing how easy it is to use the desktop version, that’s saying a lot. The app sports a sleek and user-friendly design and layout that makes it easy to place bets while on the move.
The app is also way faster than the desktop version, so making deposits and placing in-play bets was easy. That said, the site offers an app for each of its products, and each app offers a great mobile gaming experience. You don’t have to take my word for it. Just look up the app’s ratings on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

I find the array of reputable payment methods supported by FanDuel pretty impressive. The site supports 10+ payment solutions, including bank card, Apple Pay, PayPal, ACH, and Venmo. I like that you can easily get the support you need via live chat, email, or its social media pages on Facebook and X.
It’s easy to find the live chat widget at the bottom of the site, and it took me less than 5 minutes to get a response from the live chat team. Getting support via email took between 12 and 48 hours, and that’s understandable. What was important was the quality of the support that I got via both channels–the responses were professional and quite knowledgeable.
You can also access support by sending direct messages to FanDuel’s official Facebook and X pages, and the agents there maintain the same level of cordiality and professionalism on other support channels. There’s also an exhaustive FAQ section that deals with basic issues users might have with withdrawals, deposits, bonus bets, and account security, among others.

FanDuel is owned and operated by Flutter Entertainment, which has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange, so yes, FanDuel is a legitimate site with the receipts to prove it. It is also licensed and regulated in various US States by reputable gaming authorities such as the Illinois Gaming Board, the Michigan Gaming Control Board, and the Louisiana Gaming Control Board, among others. Besides its licensing and regulatory compliance, FanDuel employs advanced SSL encryption tools and allows users to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Does FanDuel have a VIP program?
The FanDuel Players Club is the site’s way of rewarding its loyal DFS users. At this club, you can have access to premium customer support, special promotions, and a personal account manager, among other things. However, although you’ll be automatically enrolled in the Players Club for free once you sign up, it’s a tiered program (similar to what I found during my DraftKings review) where your rewards depend on how many FanDuel points (FDP) you’ve collected. Basically, the more FDPs you stack, the higher you go up the Players Club.
So, how do you get FDPs? You can score FDP by entering paid contests, and for every $1 in entry fees you pay, you’ll get 5 FDPs. Interestingly, you can only score FDPs by using FanDuel’s DFS product, so you’ve probably guessed what I’m about to say– other FanDuel users can’t get into the FanDuel Player Club.

Conclusion– My FanDuel review was a fun-packed one
There’s no better way to describe my experience reviewing FanDuel. The site boasts some of the best products you’ll find at a US betting site, and I never got bored while at the site. I had heard a lot about the DFS product, and while I must say it’s worth the hype, the sportsbook, casino, and horse betting products are pretty underrated.
Then, there’s the site’s features. Few betting sites offer welcome bonuses for users of their products, so FanDuel raises the bar with its welcome offers. The site is one of the most intuitive I’ve been to, and the level of functionality and aesthetics on display is impressive. FanDuel also gets the thumbs up from me for its native app (I prefer it to the desktop version), available payment methods, customer support, and security measures.
The only gripe I have with the site is that its Players Club caters only to its DFS users. You could say that the site started as a DFS provider, and the DFS product is its best-selling service. However, I’d argue that other loyal users of the site should get some rewards too.
